Bead Blasting
Applying different polishing/metal finishing techniques prior to treatment can extend the range of surface finish options provided by Standard Sulphuric Anodising and Coloured Anodising.
Process Bead Blasting
Bead blasting is the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning surface by applying fine glass beads using compressed air without damaging the surface. The result is similar to that of using sandpaper, but using Bead Blasting it is possible to achieve a more even finish.
Uses of Bead Blasting
Used for surface finish or stress relieving of small components. Common uses for surface finish are to remove unwanted paint from surface, or using stencils in order to gouge away the surface where it is exposed.
